The Ukai Museum offers a chance to learn about the 1300-year history of cormorant fishing, as well as the cormorant fishermen and the cormorant ecosystem. The immersive guidance theater uses a picture scroll-style screen and a life-size cormorant fishing boat to realistically recreate the atmosphere of nighttime cormorant fishing. The floor projections, sound, and lighting create an exceptionally immersive experience. We recommend the lobby.
