On the day of the event, all you have to do is go to the reception desk and then just enjoy yourself by following the flow of the event.
This package eliminates worries about arrangements and scheduling, ensuring a smooth and worry-free cormorant fishing night.
Types of bento boxes
About lunch boxes
Please order the same dish. (Please let us know if you have any special requests, such as vegetarian dietary restrictions.)
Departure times are either 6:15 or 6:45. Please note that we cannot accommodate departures after these times.
• Delivery of Lunch Boxes: We will deliver your meal to the ship you will be boarding on the day of departure. Please confirm your name before receiving your meal. Even if we are unable to deliver your meal due to reasons such as you not showing up for the ship on the day of delivery, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please refer to your confirmation document (issued only to contract holders).
• Bringing a bento box does not guarantee a seat. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
This is our lunch box with a boat ride option for children. We do not accept orders for children only.
From application to boarding on the day
• For package plans, please make your reservation for two or more people at least seven days before the departure date.
The contract will be considered concluded on the date the credit card company approves the payment and the date the ship is confirmed. If the credit card company does not approve the payment, the contract will not be concluded.
We will send you the contract document by email within 48 hours, and the "confirmation document" approximately 7 days prior to the date.
On the day of boarding, please complete the check-in process yourself at the counter of the cormorant fishing viewing boat office. Please present the "Confirmation Notice" that was sent to you.
Please also confirm the name of the ship you will be boarding. (Registration starts: 17:30)
• Meals will be brought onto the boat. *Please make your own seating arrangements.
Please board the ship before it departs.
For additions, changes, or cancellations after registration, please contact O-Esel (058-275-6317).
If you reduce the number of people or cancel your reservation due to your own circumstances, the following cancellation fees will apply.
■ Cancellation Fees If you cancel your trip due to your own reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation fee per person
20% of the travel price for cancellations made between 20 and 8 days before the start of the trip.
30% of the tour price for cancellations made between 7 and 5 days before the start of the trip.
50% of the travel price for 4 to 3 days before the start of the trip.
Cancellations made the day before the start of the trip or on the day of the trip (before the start date) will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
100% of the tour price will be charged for no-shows or cancellations after the start of the trip.

■ Regarding cancellations and changes
・Cormorant fishing may be canceled due to bad weather or river conditions.
If the cormorant fishing is canceled, we will refund the equivalent amount for the sightseeing boat and provide only the bento box lunch. (The bento box lunch will be provided according to the information gathered during the booking process.)
This plan does not include a tour guide.
