For shared boat trips, we will pack your items in cardboard boxes and deliver them to you on board, so please check the name displayed on the box.
For chartered boats, meals will be set up at your table.
Please note that we do not offer boarding services after 7:00 AM.

Transfer by shared boat
Food and drinks will be brought onto the ship in advance.
We will label the item with your name and deliver it to the ship you will be boarding.
Please open the packaging yourself, take out the food, and enjoy.

Delivery by chartered boat
Food and drinks will be brought onto the ship in advance. The food will be set up at your table.
We will prepare your meal with all our heart, hoping it will be a wonderful Ukai French dining experience.
Cancellation Policy
Even if the cormorant fishing is canceled, you cannot cancel your meal order.
If you cancel up to 7 days in advance, no cancellation fee will be charged.
From 6 to 3 days before the departure date: 50% of the fare
Cancellation policy: From the day before the departure date to the day of departure: 100% of the fare (including cases of no-shows or missing the ship).

How will your meal be delivered? We will deliver your meal to the boat. Please ask the boatman.
If you are late or unable to come on the day of departure: Please be aware that the ship will depart at the scheduled time. If you will be late or are unavoidably unable to come on the day of departure, please contact us by phone as soon as possible.
Regarding delivery: We cannot refund your payment if you do not come to the ship on the day of delivery, if you are unable to answer the phone, or if we are unable to deliver the food.
If cormorant fishing is cancelled due to rising water levels, etc., please note that same-day cancellations of your meal are not permitted.
Handling of meals due to the cancellation of cormorant fishing: We will handle this on a case-by-case basis depending on the customer's situation. Please note that we cannot issue a refund even if we are unable to deliver the meal due to being unable to contact you by phone or other means.
Regarding personal information: Please be aware that the personal information you provide may be shared with the cormorant fishing viewing boat office and accommodation facilities.
